Silva (ret.) of the Rhode Island Police Chiefs Association, Coordinator/Facilitator of the Impaired Driving Engagement Council, will present the program: If you Feel Different You Drive Different—Impaired Driving is 100% Preventable. His PowerPoint presentation includes a very interactive discussion with participants. Program is approximately 20-25 minutes. Also includes information and data on the new Cannabis (Marijuana) legalization law that went into effect on 12/1/2022. (Rhode Island has been designated as a medium risk state due to our high percentage (45%) of alcohol involved crashes that result in death(s) to the vehicle occupants.)
